My female friend looked at my past art and said that if I don’t draw “really the St. Petersburg” culture, she will devour me. So It is the last art about Let’s Draw Sherlock:in your own culture. I promise!=)
So, as I wrote in my previous post-art, almost all the cities in Russia are different. And the capital (Moscow - official, Saint-Petersburg - cultural) differ among themselves especially. If someone will draw Moscow I only shall be gladр because… Muscovites are special hum XD

And I already wrote about the names and its distinction from the European analogues, but again, for fun and for the sake of this topic, I took the following analogs of their names:John Watson - Evgeny VatsenovSherlock Holmes - Chernek Cholmsvin (actually it cans leave and Holmes, let his family will be someone from the not-Russian)Gregory Lestrade - Grigory LestrinMolly Hooper - Maria Hyprinafor Mycroft I haven’t invented name, although a Russian analogue of his name is Michael (you can search in the Internet). For Moriarty, too.

1 - J: It writing 16. Believe?
S: Nah…Again referred to the testimony of Shipyards.
(Those who live far away from the center of the city, will not understand what I’m talking about:) Because I live in the center and a few meters from me are Admiralty shipyards, behind which is the entrance to the bay. I don’t know what is it, but shipyards’s thermometer all the time lying by 5-7 degreesD:)
2 - J: Where’re you going, it is a 3 seconds!

(If you remember the serial, there Sherlock and John very often running in the streets. But unfortunately, we can’t to run in the last 5 seconds of traffic lights:))
3 - J: Morgue long ago closed.     S: Eh?!Why?     J: Because unlike you, Mary is not afraid that the corpses were not wait for the verdict.
4 - I want to say about the appearance of our heroes. Coat is really cool, but in our city is a rarity - young man in the coat. In the semi-coats, jacket - yes, but not the coat. And our heroes are still likely no 40, they are dressed more youth. My father is 52 years, but he dressed like a 30-year-old and he does not feel uncomfortable:)And given that they were born in Leningrad (if you count the years) and take into account their characters, it is possible to assume, that in his youth they were informal (punk and e.t.c). It was normal, some young people didn’t like those principles, which they imposed. So I would Sherlock more gloomy, but quite uninhibited type of clothing - semi-coats, shitkickers (he runs everywhere, it is quite convenient), trousers with many pockets (believe me - in St. Petersburg and I think - all Russia male and female people don’t go without bag or backpack!), as in the series he walked with a light and eye-catching accessory of our city - umbrella. Perhaps umbrella in the form of a sword it’s quite original. I could give John more athletic type of clothing perhaps he would have had the bike and moped, he would love to play sports.
5 - "Went 53 February…"
(Purely our, St. Petersburg’s joke about our weather. If you read it somewhere, that summer we lasts 3 months, and spring is coming from March, take this book and burn! Because for the last 3 years spring is coming exactly somewhere in the end of may :)
6 - J:Yes okay. That is, he bribed painters?     S: I think that this time he decided to have fun hisself.
7 - S: Zhecha, come right now! Right urgently-urgent!
     J: What the…
J: Damn, damn you, bridges are already divorced!
S: … Zhenya, you live in the next house!
J: Shit, so cool, St-Peters joke.. and not working!
(For those who have never been in Petersburg, I’ll explain: If you decide to go somewhere, go to a nearby island, and it’s a night, most likely, you won’t get anywhere. Why? Because in 12:00 P.M., or later all the metro closed, and in 02:00 P.M. our bridges are divorce, through which you can get from one island to another. (for example, from the center on Vasilyevsky island :)
